FIRST FLOOR - APARTMENT 2 – Accessed via an external staircase leading to a large porch. It consists of: a living room with a terrace equipped with a dining area and a sitting area; kitchen; one double bedroom; one twin bedroom with two single beds added in the loft (width 1.20m); one bathroom with shower; one bathroom with tub. The laundry room, accessible from the outside, is located on the ground floor. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living areas.

Park:
The park is fully equipped to enjoy the well-maintained spaces. It features a large porch and a big swimming pool with a hydromassage area, as well as a garden furnished with sofas, tables, and chairs for outdoor dining.
