The villa is spread on the ground floor between the main building and the annex for a total area of about 250 square meters. Park:

The outdoor spaces represent the heart of the property. The garden, completely fenced with stone walls, nets and hedges, develops naturally among the Mediterranean vegetation, sloping gently towards the sea and alternating flat areas, partly paved and partly lawn, following the morphology of the land and integrating perfectly with the typical landscape of Gallura. Outdoor living is divided between the pool and the large patio, which houses a comfortable lounge area and a dining area equipped with a table and barbecue, in a convenient position with respect to the kitchen. In front of the pedestrian entrance, there is a large residential area intended for parking reserved for residents only.N.B.: Please note that the photographic services are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.

Pool:

The pool is located in the heart of the flat surface of the garden and is reached from the villa through a staircase. Irregularly shaped, it measures about 12 x 4 meters with a progressive depth of up to 2 meters, gradually degrading starting from the Roman access staircase. The tub is covered with PVC touch cloth and is equipped with a chlorine purification system and internal lighting. The area is completed by a solarium equipped with a hot tub (not heated) and sun loungers. In the pool and in the garden there are a total of three showers with cold and hot water. Opening period: from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
